Refund Policy for Luxo Supply

At Luxo Supply, we take pride in offering our products. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Returns

We accept returns if a mistake has been made on our end or the 'possible' chance to exchange if you do not like your order.

To be eligible for a return/exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or worn items

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Items returned without original packaging & contents


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured service

  • Luxo Supply is not responsible for lost return shipments


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


6. Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
